During registration you will be asked to provide personal details, passport information, travel preferences and accommodation requirements.
Yes. Your passport information must match exactly as it appears on your passport to avoid issues with airline bookings or immigration.
Flights will be coordinated where applicable. You will be asked to provide flight preferences and departure details during registration.
Yes. Attendees may request to extend their stay with the event hotel or airline partner. Any extensions will be at your own cost.
