Vietnam Visa Requirements
Australian passport holders are required to obtain a valid visa prior to travelling to Vietnam.
The recommended option is the Vietnam e-Visa, which must be approved before departure. Processing typically takes 3–5 working days, however delegates should allow additional time during peak periods.
Applications can be submitted directly via the official Vietnam Government e-Visa portal:

Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival into Vietnam and contain at least one blank passport page.
Delegates travelling on non-Australian passports should contact their local Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate for visa advice specific to their nationality.
Visa Processing Assistance
Delegates may choose to apply for their visa independently through the official government portal listed above.
Alternatively, Metro Petroleum can assist by coordinating the visa application through our third-party visa provider, who will contact you directly to complete the application.
If you would like Metro Petroleum to arrange and manage your visa application, please indicate this in the registration form.
A service fee of AUD $85 will apply for Metro Petroleum to coordinate and process the visa application on your behalf.

It is your responsibility to ensure all passport and personal details entered are accurate and match your passport exactly.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Vietnamese Government and immigration authorities.
Metro Petroleum cannot guarantee visa approval and accepts no responsibility for refusals, delays, or decisions made by Vietnamese immigration authorities.

FLIGHT MANAGEMENT.
Metro Petroleum will coordinate international flight arrangements for delegates attending PUMPED 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. Our official airline partner for the program is Vietnam Airlines, who will assist in facilitating travel arrangements for the event.
Travel Dates
All delegates are required to arrive into Ho Chi Minh City by Monday 23 November 2026 and depart on Friday 27 November 2026, in line with the official program schedule.
Departure Cities & Connections
Direct services are available from Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Delegates travelling from Queensland or South Australia will be arranged on connecting flights to join the main group services.
Ticketing Timeline
Flight tickets will be issued and distributed approximately six weeks prior to the event.

ACCOMODATION MANAGEMENT.
Delegates attending PUMPED 2026 will be accommodated at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection, located within the iconic Landmark 81 Tower in Ho Chi Minh City.
The hotel offers premium accommodation with direct access to restaurants, retail and entertainment, while providing convenient proximity to the conference venue and key city attractions.
Room Allocations
Room allocations will be arranged as follows:
Sponsors with single room inclusions will be allocated accordingly and no further charges will be incurred.
Metro internal staff, suppliers and franchisees will be allocated a twin-share room.
If Metro internal staff, suppliers or franchisees prefer a single room, this must be requested during registration. An additional charge of AUD $2,000.00 will apply, subject to availability.
Hotel Inclusions
Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotel. All official program transfers and scheduled activities will depart from and return to the hotel.
